Refund Policy

Cothery offers a 30-day refund window on all purchases, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date if any of the following apply:
- The product is significantly different from its description or preview
- The product has a critical bug that prevents it from functioning as described, and the vendor has not provided a fix within a reasonable timeframe
- The product is incompatible with the environment specified in the product description
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:
- You simply changed your mind about the purchase
- You lack the technical skills to use the product (unless this was misrepresented)
- The product works as described but doesn't meet your personal expectations
- You purchased the wrong license type (contact support for license upgrades)
- The product was customized or modified after purchase
- More than 30 days have passed since the original purchase
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Cothery account
- Navigate to My Purchases in your dashboard
- Find the order and click "Request Refund"
- Provide a detailed reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow:
- Stripe: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Upon refund approval, your license key for the product will be automatically revoked and you will no longer have access to download the product files.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may open a dispute within 14 days of the decision. Our admin team will review the case and make a final determination. Both the buyer and vendor will be notified of the outcome.
